Welcome to the KuKirin Community & Cloud Portal. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

When you sign in using Google Login or create an account, we collect your email address, profile name, and profile picture. We also store user-generated content such as forum threads, comments, and scooter garage statistics.

2. Detailed Cloud Database Collection

To power our Virtual Garage, Companion App sync features, and interactive maps, our backend database processes the following categories of information:

Identity & Account Profiles: Nickname, email, password hash, bio, physical location, and customized avatars.
Vehicle Details: Scooter model type, custom nickname, and hardware serial numbers.
Live Telemetry: Speed, battery charge status, current voltage level, engine current draw (Amperes), and odometer data synced via Bluetooth.
Ride History logs: Saved rides showing starting and ending coordinates, total distance traveled, ride duration, average and maximum speed, safety score, and complete GPS route pathing coordinates.
Security Settings: Electronic wheel-locking status, Sentinel anti-theft trigger records, stolen vehicle flags, and last known parking coordinates.
Social Interactions: Friends list, road hazard reports (potholes, blockages), direct chat messages, group ride meeting points, WebRTC voice call logs, and AI assistant interaction histories.
System Credentials: Login IP addresses, registration geographical area, browser user-agents, and push notification tokens.
Financial & Purchase Records: Ordered digital subscriptions, physical accessories list, payment totals, and generated PDF invoicing.

3. Android Device Permissions & Usage

The Companion App requests specific system-level permissions on your mobile device to interact with your vehicle and sync cloud features. Here is how each permission relates to the data we collect:

LOCATION (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)

Used to track your real-time riding route coordinates, calculate trip odometer statistics, record parking positions, and pin your vehicle on the live community rider map.

BLUETOOTH & BACKGROUND SERVICE (FOREGROUND_SERVICE & CONNECTED_DEVICE)

Required to maintain an active telemetry connection to your scooter via Bluetooth, lock/unlock the wheels, track riding data when the screen is turned off, and monitor Sentinel guard alert triggers in the background.

CAMERA & MICROPHONE (CAMERA, RECORD_AUDIO, MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS)

Enables VoIP audio/video peer-to-peer WebRTC calls with other community riders and supports voice interaction commands with the AI vehicle assistant.

CONTACTS (READ_CONTACTS & WRITE_CONTACTS)

Allows you to search for platform friends via your address book and directly import phone numbers to set up your vehicle's emergency contact triggers.

EXTERNAL STORAGE (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE & WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)

Enables downloading and caching of PDF user manuals and wiring diagrams, and lets you export detailed ride summaries and invoices as PDF files.

POST NOTIFICATIONS

Used to push real-time anti-theft alarms (if your parked vehicle moves), send friend requests, and push system updates or community announcements.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is purely used to personalize your dashboard, display your nickname in the discussion forum, and save your virtual garage configurations. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

We use local storage and cookies to maintain your login session, active language choice, and preferred currency.
